Memorial Day Picnic Pasta Salad
- 16 ounces, weight Tri-Color Spiral Pasta (or Bow Tie Pasta)
- 6 ounces, weight Thick Sliced Deli Hard Salami, Cut Into Chunks
- 6 ounces, weight White American Cheese, Cut Into Chunks
- 1/2 cups Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 cups Diced Cucumber
- 1 whole Ripe Tomato (Cubed)
- 1/4 cups Green Olives (chopped Into Small Pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoons Tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- Garnish With Fresh Chopped Parsley (when Ready To Serve)
- Boil pasta as per box instructions then drain and place in a large serving bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
