Baked Sweet Potato Fries
- 2 whole Medium Sized Sweet Potatoes, Cut Into Matchsticks
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thick matchsticks. Place fries in a large bowl. Combine all the spices, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. In a third bowl whisk the two egg whites together and then pour them over the sweet potatoes. Using your hands to mix the potatoes around, make sure that all of the potatoes are evenly coated. Pour the spice mixture over top of the sweet potatoes and toss to evenly distribute flavors.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
