Super Food Muesli

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients. This can be done the night before, if desired. Stir in the maple syrup, almond milk, Greek yogurt and banana. Let it sit in the fridge for 15-20 minutes (or overnight). Add an extra drizzle of almond milk if desired.
  2. Notes:
  3. 1. To make it vegan, replace the Greek yogurt with more almond milk or non-dairy yogurt.
  4. 2. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free oats.
