Maple-Chia Overnight Oatmeal With Almond Butter

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together almond milk, banana, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Fold in oats and chia seeds. Divide between small bowls, ramekins or Mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Enjoy as-is, or top with sliced bananas, slivered almonds and some extra maple syrup if desired. For a warm oatmeal, pop bowl in microwave for 30 seconds.
