Black Russian Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 box (5.9 Oz. Size) Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Vodka
- 1/4 cups Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 3/4 cups Water
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cups Kahlua
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spray a bundt pan with Pam, and pour in batter. Cook for about 40 minutes until you can poke the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool COMPLETELY, then turn upside-down onto a plate.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and Kahlua. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork and drizzle with the glaze. (This way the glaze gets inside the cake and makes it extra moist.) Sprinkle with a little more powdered sugar to make it pretty and enjoy!
