Greek Country Salad

  1. Line a large shallow bowl with lettuce leaves.
  2. Break the remainder of the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in the bowl.
  3. Arrange tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, cheese, sardines, olives and green onions over the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley. Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper in a screw-top jar and shake well to mix.
  5. Just before serving, shake salad dressing and drizzle over salad.
  6. Toss lightly before serving.
