Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Refrigerator Cookies
- 3/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Place 2 sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap on a work surface. Divide dough in half. Put each half on a sheet of wrap, forming into a log. Wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Cut cookie dough into 1/2" slices. Arrange on cookie sheets and bake about 14 minutes, until light golden brown.
