Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, cream butter and white/brown sugars until fluffy.
  3. 3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
  4. 4. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nuts, and white chips until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Drop cookies with a small cookie scoop onto un-greased parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  6. 6. Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
