Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 package (6 Oz. Size) Macadamia Baking Pieces
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream butter and white/brown sugars until fluffy.
- 3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
- 4. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nuts, and white chips until fully incorporated.
- 5. Drop cookies with a small cookie scoop onto un-greased parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
