Peanut Butter M&M Cookies
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- M&M Chocolate Candies
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside.
- In a large bowl, blend sugars using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and mix at low speed until just mixed.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. With a wet fork, gently press cookies in a crisscross pattern. Add chocolate candies on top. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until slightly brown along the edges.
