Adele’S Killer Sweet & Sour Bean Salad
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kernel Corn, Drained
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper, Diced
- 15 Zima Tomatoes (Seriously Sweet Little Orange Tomatoes), Halved, Or Any Grape-style Tomato
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1/4 cups Extra-virgin Fruity Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- Place the beans and corn in a large bowl. Add bell peppers and tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the canola oil, olive oil, sugar and vinegar; pour over the bean mixture, stirring well. Chill well in the refrigerator prior to serving.
