Chocolate Covered Grahams
- 24 whole Graham Crackers, Broken In Half
- 24 ounces, weight White Chocolate
- 12 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate Morsels
- Lay parchment paper on the countertop. Line all your graham halves on the parchment. Melt the white chocolate (either in a double boiler or in the microwave at 30-second intervals). Dip half of your grahams in white chocolate, at an angle. Lay on parchment and allow to harden and cool. You can use a few drops of food coloring to change the color of your chocolate and dip some halves in colored chocolate (I used red food coloring to make my chocolate pink).
- Melt dark chocolate morsels. I had a leftover bag of Nestle dark chocolate and mint chocolate chips-it worked great! When your white or colored side is cool, dip the other side of the graham in dark chocolate. Use some of your leftover color for decorations! The possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
