Chicken, Beef Or Lamb Biryani

  1. Cut into pieces chicken or beef; mash and set aside.
  2. Pour the 1/4 cup oil in a deep pan; season with 2 cloves, a small piece cinnamon stick and 1/4 teaspoon aniseed powder.
  3. Then add 2 tablespoons sliced onions and fry until brown.
  4. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
  5. Fry a little and add the meat; mix well and let cook with about 1/2 cup water.
  6. When 3/4 done, remove from stove.
