Grilled Vegetable Kabobs With Rice

  1. Combine dressing, parsley and basil in small bowl; cover and chill.
  2. Alternate squash, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms on 8 skewers.
  3. Spray grill rack with vegetable spray; place on grill over medium heat.
  4. Place kabobs on rack and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning and basting frequently with dressing mixture.
  5. Serve with 1/2 cup rice on each plate and top with 2 vegetable kabobs.
  6. Serves 4.
