Better Than Robert Redford Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. For the first layer, combine flour and butter until crumbly. Mix in the crushed almonds. Pat into a 9x13" pan and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  3. For the second layer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip with a hand mixer. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the third layer, combine milk and chocolate pudding. Freeze for about 10 minutes to thicken. Pour over the Cool Whip layer.
  5. Top the cake with a thin layer of Cool Whip, chocolate shavings and crushed almonds.
