Lucille'S Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Drain juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail; add to jello (which has been dissolved in small amount of water).
  2. Chill until a small amount will mold when dropped from spoon.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and freeze.
  5. After frozen, you may mix mayonnaise and whipped cream with small amount of confectioners sugar to taste and spread on top.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans and return to freezer.
  7. To serve, cut into blocks and serve on lettuce.
  8. This last procedure will require another 1/2 cup of whipped cream.
