Tuna-Vegetable Pilaf

  1. In heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan (with tight lid) combine rice, chicken stock, water, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in vegetables, cover and continue cooking 5 more minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Blend in sour cream and tuna.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
  6. Serves 4 to 5.
