Caramel White Chocolate Blondies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. In a large bowl, pour the cake mix and 1/2 cup evaporated milk and mix together until moist. Then get an 8x8 baking dish and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the brownie batter and spread it on the bottom of the pan. Cook it for 10 minutes in the oven. Take it out once it is done and let it cool.
  2. In the meanwhile, place the caramel candies and the remaining 1/2 cup evaporated milk in a microwavable bowl. Then heat it in a microwave for 4 minutes and take it out when it's done cooking and stir well. If there is any extra milk on top of the bowl, pour it out and keeping mixing.
  3. Pour the caramel sauce on top of the cooked brownie and spread. After that, add the chocolate chips on top and then spread the rest of the brownie batter on top of the chips. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and then take it out to cool. After it has cooled, you can refrigerate to eat later or dig in and serve with some powdered sugar.
