Great Crowd Pleaser Pasta Salad
- 1 lb. small shells, cooked
- 1/4 lb. hard salami
- 1 can black olives
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni
- 1 small jar stuffed olives
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
- Parmesan or Romano cheese
- Slice cheese, salami, pepperoni and olives into small bite size pieces.
- Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl and add salt, pepper and oregano.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over mixture. Add salad dressing and toss to coat all ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serves about 15 people.
