Tortilla Soup

  1. Saute onion, hot pepper and garlic, in oil, until soft, in a large saucepan, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato, bouillon, broth, water, tomato juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil; lower heat to simmer; simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add tortillas and cheese; simmer 10 minutes longer.
