Dottie'S Chicken File Gumbo

  1. Place cut up chicken pieces in baking pan.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 about 1 hour.
  3. Slice both sausages and bake same time as chicken but for only about 30 minutes.
  4. Drain fat from chicken.
  5. Drain fat from sausages and discard.
