Acilian Meat Roll

  1. Combine eggs, crumbs, juice, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Add beef; mix well.
  3. On wax paper or foil, pat meat to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.
  4. Arrange ham atop of meat, leaving a small margin around edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham.
  6. Starting from short end, carefully roll meat, using paper to lift.
  7. Seal edges and ends.
