Fudgy Black Bean Brownies (Sweetened With Dates)

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend or process all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) until completely smooth. Transfer to a lightly greased 8 x 8 dish and swirl the chocolate chips in. Bake at 350u0b0F for 30-35 minutes (or until slightly firm on the top). Let sit for 10 minutes, then cool in the fridge. These need to set, and the longer they are in the fridge, the better. Enjoy!
