Meat Dressing

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water, pour over stuffing crumbs and stir well. Saute celery & onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add to crumb mixture.
  3. Brown meat/pork and drain well.
  4. Stir meat and the rest of the remaining ingredients into the crumb mixture.
  5. If it seems too dry, add a little more chicken broth to moisten it.
  6. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x12 baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
  8. Serve with traditional Turkey dinner.
