Creme De Menthe Cupcakes
- 1 box (about 18 Oz. Size) White Cake Mix (Choose A Mix That Requires Oil)
- Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
- 7 Tablespoons Creme De Menthe Liqueur, Divided
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Hersey's Fudge Ice Cream Topping
- 1 container (16 Oz. Size) Cool Whip
- Mix cake mix according to the box's directions (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package), adding 3 tablespoons creme de menthe to the batter. Bake cake according to package directions (this can be done as a 9x13 cake or 20 cupcakes).
- Allow cake (cupcakes) to cool completely. For a cake, frost with the fudge topping. For cupcakes, cut an "x" in the top of each cupcake and use a pastry bag filled with fudge topping to fill cupcakes with fudge.
- Allow Cool Whip to defrost in the refrigerator, and add the remaining 4 tablespoons creme de menthe. Frost the cake with the Cool Whip or pipe onto cupcakes. Keep cake/cupcakes in the refrigerator.
