Sugar-Free Tomato Artichoke Kalamata Olive Sauce

  1. 1. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium high heat and add garlic.
  2. 2. When garlic is slightly browned, add all other ingredients to the pan.
  3. 3. Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Done! Add optional toppings and place over chicken, fish, pasta.
