Gluten-Free Granola

  1. Preheat your oven to 250u0b0F.
  2. In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, coconut and flax seed. Give it a stir. Gently heat the coconut oil and add to it the agave nectar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until the oats and nuts look wet. Dump the mixture on a sheet pan and sprinkle with salt. Place the granola in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes (stirring every 15 minutes to brown evenly).
  4. Note: This recipe is just a base to work from. Be inspired to change the nuts or any of the dry mixture. Should you decide to add any dried fruit , do so after you have made the granola.
