Gluten-Free Granola
- 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Walnut Pieces
- 1 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
- 1/4 cups Golden Flax Seed Meal
- 1/4 cups Melted Coconut Oil (unrefined)
- 1/4 cups Light Agave Nectar
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Preheat your oven to 250u0b0F.
- In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, coconut and flax seed. Give it a stir. Gently heat the coconut oil and add to it the agave nectar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until the oats and nuts look wet. Dump the mixture on a sheet pan and sprinkle with salt. Place the granola in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes (stirring every 15 minutes to brown evenly).
- Note: This recipe is just a base to work from. Be inspired to change the nuts or any of the dry mixture. Should you decide to add any dried fruit , do so after you have made the granola.
