3-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
- 4 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
- Strawberries And Ice Cream For Serving
- Combine all dry ingredients (flour through salt) in a medium sized bowl. Add the wet ingredients (egg and milk), and mix well. Add the chocolate chips last, and stir.
- Lightly spray a mug or small mason jar with cooking spray. Pour batter into jar, and microwave for 1 minute. Check to see if cake is cooked. If not, continue heating for additional 30 second intervals until cake is cooked. (May take 1-3 minutes depending on your microwave.)
- Scoop vanilla ice cream onto warm cake and top with strawberries! Enjoy!
