3-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Combine all dry ingredients (flour through salt) in a medium sized bowl. Add the wet ingredients (egg and milk), and mix well. Add the chocolate chips last, and stir.
  2. Lightly spray a mug or small mason jar with cooking spray. Pour batter into jar, and microwave for 1 minute. Check to see if cake is cooked. If not, continue heating for additional 30 second intervals until cake is cooked. (May take 1-3 minutes depending on your microwave.)
  3. Scoop vanilla ice cream onto warm cake and top with strawberries! Enjoy!
