Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 Banana
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/8 cups All Purpose Flour, Plus 2 Tablespoons
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Flax
- 1/8 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- In a bowl, mash banana with brown sugar using a fork, until the majority of the lumps are gone.
- Add in the oats, flours, flax, baking soda, baking powder, flax, milk and vanilla. Stir with a fork until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and set in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 11-13 minutes.
- Promptly consume.
