Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. In a bowl, mash banana with brown sugar using a fork, until the majority of the lumps are gone.
  2. Add in the oats, flours, flax, baking soda, baking powder, flax, milk and vanilla. Stir with a fork until just combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and set in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 11-13 minutes.
  5. Promptly consume.
