Doughnut Hole Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Exract
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 12 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 36 whole Original Glazed Doughnut Holes
- Preheat oven 325u0b0F.
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, and add the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl sift together the salt, soda, and flour.
- Add the flour and stir until completely incorporated. Mix in the chocolate chips.
- To form the cookies, get a heaping tablespoonful of cookie dough. Roll into a ball and flatten. Place the doughnut hole in the middle and wrap the cookie dough around it, making sure to seal it completely. Set in on a baking sheet, avoiding the desire to flatten it.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
