Hot 'N' Heavenly Chicken Breasts
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. flour, mixed with 1/2 tsp. celery salt, 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning and 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. picante sauce (hot, medium or mild)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked
- Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
- In medium frying pan, melt margarine with onion and garlic.
- Add chicken and saute until lightly brown.
- Add bouillon cube, mixed with water, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Combine sour cream, lemon juice and picante sauce.
- Pour over chicken; simmer, heating through.
- Serve over angel hair pasta.
- Serves 4.
