Banana Cream Pie, No Bake
- 2 packages Instant Vanilla Pudding, (3.4 Ounce Package)
- 2 envelopes Whipped Topping Mix (from The 5.2 Ounce Package Of 6 Envelopes Found In Pudding Aisle)
- 3 cups Milk (cold)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Bananas, Medium, Peeled And Sliced
- 1 package Extra-serving Size Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell (9 Ounce Size)
- In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mixes, whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla using a mixer on low speed. Mix until blended. Increase speed once everything is combined and beat until very thick, about 3 minutes.
- Pour half of the mixture into the crust. Layer slices of bananas on top, reserving a few pieces for garnish. Pour remaining filling into crust.
- Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap, put it into the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours. Garnish with several slices of banana.
