Carolina Bold Gold
- 1/4 cups Spicy Brown Mustard (I Used French's)
- 1/4 cups Prepared Yellow Mustard (also French's)
- 1/3 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 cups Apple Sauce, Unsweetened
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Molasses, Unsulphered
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground Fresh
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Onion (not "powder")
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Chipotle
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Blend with a immersion/stick blender. Cover or put in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a month.
- Use as you would any barbecue sauce.
