Chocolate Pancakes
- 1/3 cups Greek Yogurt
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- Sprinkles, For Garnish (optional)
- Mix Greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract into a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Combine and whisk till evenly mixed (If batter seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk).
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once it's hot, place 1/4-cup batter onto the skillet and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake and then flip, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Add sprinkles to make it pretty!
