Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract into a small bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
  3. Combine and whisk till evenly mixed (If batter seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk).
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once it's hot, place 1/4-cup batter onto the skillet and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake and then flip, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Add sprinkles to make it pretty!
