Bailey’S Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large bowl cream the sugars, butter and egg until blended well. Add in the vanilla and Bailey's.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, oats, coconut, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes. Cool and snack away!
