Shrimp Scampi Primavera

  1. In large stir-fry skillet, place oil, shrimp, garlic, butter, celery, chopped broccoli, tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley, salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender, but not soft.
  3. Add wine.
  4. Stir-fry for five minutes total. Remove from heat.
  5. Set aside.
