Anti-Pasta Salad

  1. Combine all vegetables and mozzarella in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the remaining (dressing) ingredients together in a small bowl, then pour over vegetable mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate for one hour prior to serving.
