Chocolate Caramilk Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 packages (175g Size) Caramilk Secrets, Chopped
- Cream butter, beat in sugars, egg and vanilla in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Add milk. Combine dry ingredients and mix into butter mixture. Fold in the Caramilk Secrets. Refrigerate until firm.
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Scoop out dough with a 1 1/2" scoop and press tops with 2 fingers to flatten out slightly.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown. Let cool on cookie racks. Enjoy!
