Curry Cawsway(Burmese)
- 1 or 2 pieces chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of turmeric
- red pepper as desired
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp. graham flour
- cooked spaghetti
- sliced onion
- chopped green onion
- cilantro
- chopped red pepper (the kind in pizza parlors)
- lemon juice
- chow mein noodles for garnish
- Combine chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red pepper and oil in saucepan.
- When chicken is done, stir in coconut milk and 2 cans of water.
- Mix graham flour with enough water to make it a soupy consistency.
- Add to curry.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti and garnish.
