Healthy Pecan Pancakes
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Date Honey (See Note)
- 1/2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans
- Beat the egg in mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients in order listed. Mix throughly but don't over beat with wooden spoon or mixer.
- Ladle around 1/4 to 1/3 cup onto hot greased griddle or skillet. Cook till bubbles form then flip and cook for around 1 minute.
- Note: The date honey I made and used in making these pancakes was from Ultimate Daniel Fast. Feel free to make a substitution!
