Healthy Pecan Pancakes

  1. Beat the egg in mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients in order listed. Mix throughly but don't over beat with wooden spoon or mixer.
  2. Ladle around 1/4 to 1/3 cup onto hot greased griddle or skillet. Cook till bubbles form then flip and cook for around 1 minute.
  3. Note: The date honey I made and used in making these pancakes was from Ultimate Daniel Fast. Feel free to make a substitution!
