Whole Wheat Stevia Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F) and spray a 9" x 5" loaf plan with non-stick spray.
  2. 2. Beat eggs by hand, mash in bananas, and then add all wet ingredients, mixing well.
  3. 3. Mix in salt, baking soda, Stevia, cinnamon, and flaxseed meal.
  4. 4. Mix in flour.
  5. 5. Fold in chocolate chips, or pour half of batter into pan and sprinkle a layer of chocolate chips.
  6. 6. Pour remaining batter into pan.
  7. 7. Bake 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean (given you don't poke it straight through a chocolate chip!) when inserted.
