Ada Alice’S 7-Layer Salad
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 bunch Romaine Lettuce
- 1 package (about 9 Oz. Size) Small Frozen Peas
- 1 Red Onion, Diced
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 12 ounces, weight Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Diced Pimientos
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 bottle (8 Oz. Size) White French-type Salad Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Layer the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients and pour over top of the salad ingredients. Do not mix the salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss to serve.
