Chicken Broccoli Angel Hair

  1. In 12-inch saute pan, combine olive oil and garlic and begin cooking so as to sweat the garlic (approximately 1 minute).
  2. Add chicken, broccoli, chicken stock, salt, pepper and basil and bring to a boil (approximately 3 to 4 minutes).
  3. Add butter and swirl into liquid mix to blend.
  4. Poach pasta and add to mix.
