Sweet And Sour Pork Chops

  1. Sprinkle chops with salt; dredge in flour.
  2. Brown chops in hot oil on both sides.
  3. Place chops in a shallow 10-inch square casserole dish.
  4. Top with pineapple and green pepper rings. Combine next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Combine cornstarch and water; stir well. Add cornstarch mixture to chicken broth mixture.
  6. Stir constantly until thickened and bubbly.
  7. Pour over chops.
  8. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour or until done.
  9. Serve over rice.
