Gluten-Free Sugar Free Banana Bread To Die For!
- 4 whole Large Eggs, Room Temperature
- 3 whole Bananas, Large Or Over Ripened, Mashed
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Whole Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
- 1/4 cups Almond Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed (optional But Adds Nutrition)
- 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped (optional)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and flour (use gluten-free flour) a loaf pan. Set aside.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk. Combine the dry ingredients (including the nuts) in another bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine.
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes, checking every 5 minutes after the 40-minute mark until an inserted knife comes out clean.
