Bananamisu (Tiramisu) Oatmeal
- 1/3 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
- 1/3 cups Milk, Fat Free
- 1/4 cups Strong Coffee
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream (fat-free)
- 2 Tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 1/2 pieces Banana Slices
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- In a microwave safe bowl, mix together the oats, milk and coffee. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Stir in sour cream, mascarpone, orange juice, vanilla and stevia. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- The next morning, stir in the heavy cream. Now put half of the mixture in a bowl and place some banana slices on it. Cover with the remaining oat mix and place remaining banana slices on it.
- Dust with cocoa powder. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
