Keto Frittata With Sausage
- 1/2 pounds Ground Breakfast Sausage
- 1/2 cups White Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 8 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
- Heat in a 10-inch oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, onion and bell pepper. Cook and crumble sausage until sausage is cooked through and onion and bell peppr are soft.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, cheese, heavy cream and parsley. Pour egg mixtue on top of sausage mixture and stir. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and place skillet in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center of frittata is set.
