Keto Frittata With Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
  2. Heat in a 10-inch oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, onion and bell pepper. Cook and crumble sausage until sausage is cooked through and onion and bell peppr are soft.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, cheese, heavy cream and parsley. Pour egg mixtue on top of sausage mixture and stir. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove skillet from heat and place skillet in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center of frittata is set.
