Meat Loaf With Stuffing(Buddy'S Favorite Meat Loaf Recipe)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Mix ground beef, crumbs and onions lightly into eggs.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
  4. Divide into 3 parts; put 1 part into a 10 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Cover with 6 ounces cheese.
  6. Spread with second part of ground beef mixture.
  7. Cover with 6 ounces cheese. Spread with remaining ground beef mixture.
  8. Invert loaf onto jelly roll pan or foil-covered cookie sheet, turning up edges of foil to form rim.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle top with rest of cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
  11. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with parsley.
  13. Slice.
  14. Yield:
  15. 10 to 12 servings.
