Better Than Chili’S Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie
- 3 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 6 whole Eggs
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease an 18 x 26 sheet pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar and melted butter; beat with an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla and mix well. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture into the sugar mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm, or reheat individual servings in the microwave. Top with ice cream and caramel sauce.
