Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
  2. Mix flour and soda together and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl with an electric mixer blend sugars and butter at medium speed, scraping down sides of bowl.
  4. Add egg, vanilla and banana; beat at medium speed until smooth.
  5. Add flour mixture, chocolate chips, oats and walnuts and blend at low speed until just combined.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
  8. Transfer immediately to a cool surface. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
