Baked Chocolate Wontons With Cinnamon Sugar
- 12 whole Wonton Wrappers, Square Or Circular Shape
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted For Coating
- 1/3 cups Bittersweet Chocolate, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Take one wrapper at a time and, with a brush, coat the four sides with a little melted butter. In the center, place around 1/2 tablespoon or more of chocolate, as needed. Close and seal the sides using fingers; you can either fold it into a triangle or rectangle shape. If your wonton wrappers are circular, you will get half-moon shapes.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or liner. Brush with a thin layer of melted butter. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle the wontons with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes and enjoy them hot.
